Are you looking for an app to spy on a mobile phone using its phone number ?
Do you need to locate someone in real time without them noticing?
Are you looking for a virtual investigator who can deliver results within a few hours?
🛑 STOP AND READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE AN IRRECRIMEABLE MISTAKE.
Many people visit this page looking for the answers mentioned above. However, I don't want to tell you what the scammers promise, but rather what will save you money and your freedom.
1. The line between investigation and crime
With the rapid growth of the online world, inquiries regarding data breaches are on the rise. Access to Instagram and Facebook accounts, WhatsApp messages, mobile phone locations, call logs, messages, or email accounts… private investigators are mistakenly identified as hackers on a daily basis. We receive inquiries and offers that have nothing to do with our field of expertise, because this is not private investigation work: it is hacking , a violation of privacy, and therefore a crime.
Since when is a private investigator mistaken for a criminal? I know the state doesn't exactly contribute to safety: it doesn't recognize us and doesn't allow associations to define the boundaries of who can and cannot practice this profession, and under what circumstances. But it is the responsibility of each individual—the private investigator and the client—to know the ethically acceptable limits of the expected outcome. In such cases, our task is to help the affected person overcome the pain, fear, and anguish of a separation, which, psychologically speaking, is comparable to grieving for a loved one.
This introduction serves as a warning: No private investigator, computer technician, or specialist from any other field should offer this service. Not only is it illegal, but it is also ethically reprehensible.
2. The “attack” of foreign websites in Portugal
However, raids are currently underway in Portugal against Brazilian websites that offer users the services of performing such hacks. They demand money they have worked hard for and promise to eliminate their victims' fear and doubt within a few hours. Since these activities would be unethical even if they were legal, they are clearly fraudsters exploiting the pain and sorrow of others to earn a few cents.
3. The real risk: Your data in the hands of criminals
I dedicate this page to warning everyone in my country: Don't fall for these scams! Not only will you not get what you want, but you also risk having your data exposed. During a brief search, one of these supposed online detectives or hackers even sent me the personal data of a customer who had made a transfer to him – as proof that he offers this service and that it actually works. This proof included the customer's IBAN, mobile phone number, tax identification number, and full name. This data could also be yours if you have already used this service or are planning to.
4. Legal consequences: PJ, PSP and GNR
I expressly warn you that no service will be provided and that you can be summoned and questioned at any time by the Polícia Judiciária (Criminal Police), the PSP (Public Security Police), or the GNR (National Guard) with this information. Your mobile phone could become evidence in a fraud case that is no longer confined to Portugal but is now an international scam. The method used here is the same as in other countries, and it won't be long before you are all caught.
5. The truth about the security of large technology companies
Understand that WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Apple, and Samsung are just a few of the best companies in the world. They are extremely secure, and no "enlightened" person could easily crack them. Even if someone were capable, they would be intelligent enough to realize that it's best not to mess with them, as the likelihood of getting into serious trouble is far greater than getting away scot-free and making a few coins. What does exist, however, and always will, are unscrupulous people who won't hesitate to profit from the misfortune of others at the first opportunity.
I appeal to you, the Portuguese people, to recognize us. Portugal has outstanding experts in the field of private investigations. The world knows us through our membership in international organizations; Europe enjoys recognition for the same reason. The state does not recognize us—and I will never understand why—but you, our colleagues, can and should. We are here to listen to you and advise you, to dispel your doubts and fears as best as possible, but never through criminal means. We do this for ourselves, but also for you, so that you can resolve your problem legally and without complications.
6. A safe haven for those who have been deceived
To everyone reading this too late and who has already fallen victim to fraud: Please send me a message and describe your situation. Exposing these scams and sharing this terrible experience can be crucial in protecting others. I promise not to judge you. I want to be your voice in the fight for justice and, if you wish, I will respect your anonymity.
I sincerely hope that this page on my website – which serves no commercial purpose whatsoever – will help to bring justice to all those who have already suffered, but above all to inform and protect those who have not yet done so.
To dispel any doubt that we are fully aware of your schemes, I have included below a list of keywords and terms that these individuals use to promote their fraudulent websites. I do this so that victims know what to watch out for, but also so that they themselves read this and realize that Portugal is watching them: It may be small, but it is united and will do everything in its power to catch you.
